What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our check-out time is at 10:00 in the morning, and check-in is at 14:00 in the afternoon. However, we will do our best to accommodate any requests for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and by prior arrangement with the reception.
If I arrive late in the evening, will someone be there to greet me?
Certainly. Our Reception is open 24 hours: from 7:00 to 11:00 with secretarial staff and during the remaining hours with the presence of the night porter. If you plan to arrive after 23:00, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
Can I arrive before 14:00 and access the hotel facilities and the beach?
Yes, your room will be available from 14:00, but if you wish to arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the hotel and, if available, leave your car in the parking lot to start your vacation and dive into the beach (we recommend preparing a separate bag with what you need for the beach).
Can I have brunch on the day of arrival?
Brunch is included from the day after your arrival. If you wish to enjoy it on the day of arrival, it is possible for an additional fee. We recommend booking brunch on the day of arrival to secure a spot and ensure a smooth experience.
How can I reach the hotel when there is a limited traffic zone?
Our guests are allowed to arrive directly in front of the hotel for loading and unloading luggage. We recommend keeping a copy of the reservation with you to show to Traffic Wardens if stopped. Currently, the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) starts from 17:00 until 1:00 at night in the summer period, and there are no cameras yet.
SERVICES
Do you have parking service? What are the costs?
We provide two parking options exclusively for our guests. An internal parking, located within the structure, is reserved for guests booking our Suites, Superior Sea Front rooms, and Panoramic 7th Floor rooms. Additionally, based on availability, the internal parking is accessible for motorcycles and Superior Sea View Side Family rooms. As for the external parking, it is located just 400 meters away and is intended for other room types. It is important to note that parking is completely free for those who book directly through our official website. However, for those booking through other channels, a daily cost of 8 euros is applied. Both parking areas are fenced and equipped with surveillance cameras to ensure maximum vehicle security. Please note that the external parking is available only from late May to late September.
Do you offer full board?
At Hotel Alexandra, we aim to offer you a unique holiday experience, based on absolute freedom to enjoy every moment without fixed meal times. Unlike full board, there are no fixed meal times with us.
Do you have an affiliated beach? A pool? Is it possible to book them? What are the rates?
We are pleased to inform you that we are affiliated with "Spiagge della Luna" (Beaches of the Moon), located right in front of the hotel (baths from 39 to 46). We offer the "BLUE PACKAGE" which includes 1 umbrella, 2 sunbeds, beach towels, and 2 daily pool entrances. You will find all the details and costs related to this package within the quote, which vary depending on the period and seasonality. The pool is open from late May to late September with the following hours: from 9 am to 7 pm with a break from 1 pm to 2 pm. Please note that the pool is accessible only to beach customers. Do you offer laundry and ironing service? What are the costs?
There is a laundry facility under the hotel where our guests can use these services. As for the costs, you can directly inquire at the laundry, which will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information.
Is breakfast included in the price? What about Brunch? What are the available options?
According to our philosophy of freedom vacation, we offer this unique treatment of XXL breakfast & Brunch! We are pleased to inform you that access is available from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm, allowing our guests to enjoy the meal at any desired time, whether for breakfast, a snack, or the brunch starting at 11:30 am. It is important to remember that access ends at 12:30 pm, but you can comfortably finish your meal beyond that time.
Do you provide beach towels?
Yes, we provide them at the reception, and the change will be made every 3 days.
Do you have bicycles available? What about electric bikes?
We provide free bicycles for adult guests. For electric bikes, we can provide contacts for rental services, which may also organize excursions.
Do you have an electric car charging station?
We have a free charging station in our internal parking lot.
Do you accept pets? What are the rules and fees?
Yes, we welcome small pets weighing up to 8 kg. We ask for a supplement of 8 euros per day, and in some cases, a security deposit may be required.
Is there an additional cost for Wi-Fi internet access?
No, the connection is completely free within the hotel.
BOOKING
What are the cancellation and booking policies?
To book our hotel, we invite you to contact us directly through our website www.hotelalexandra.it. You can book by clicking on 'BOOK NOW' or sending a request via the appropriate form. To make a reservation, it is sufficient to provide a credit card as a guarantee or make payment via bank transfer. Cancellation policies vary from 3 to 21 days before the arrival date, depending on the length of stay. You will find complete details of the cancellation policy in every quote sent or available online during booking.
How should I proceed if I want to confirm a reservation?
You can provide a credit card as a guarantee, on which a pre-authorization can be made, and payment will be made on-site. There is also the option of sending a bank transfer.
WHERE TO DINE
Do you have affiliated restaurants? What are the dining options available for dinner?
Located centrally and directly facing the beach in the most lively area of Misano Adriatico, Hotel Alexandra offers a wide choice of restaurants, pubs, piadina, street food, etc. Within walking distance, you will find a wide selection of places to enjoy a relaxing dinner, even by the sea with your feet in the sand. You can have a good aperitif accompanied by a cutting board or taste excellent piadina.
DEPARTURE
Do you accept credit card payments? What payment methods are possible?
We accept all major credit cards with Visa and Mastercard circuits. We also accept cash within the limits established by law. However, we do not accept payment with American Express.
Can I use the beach on the day of my departure?
Certainly, on the day of your departure, you can fully enjoy the day with the peace of mind of leaving your luggage at our luggage storage service. Even though the room will no longer be available after check-out, we will be happy to offer you the opportunity to use our facilities for a refreshing shower before your departure.
What are the hours for settling my bill?
From 7:30 in the morning until 22:00. If you have special needs and need to leave quickly, we recommend settling the bill the day before by 22:00.
Do you offer luggage storage service? What are the hours?
Yes, we have free luggage storage available for both the day of arrival and departure.
INFORMATIONS
How far is the World Misano Circuit from the hotel? Do you have tickets for the Circuit?
The World Misano Circuit is approximately 2.5 km away from the hotel as the crow flies and is easily accessible by car, bicycle, on foot, or by taxi. For certain events such as the MotoGP, shuttle services are provided a few meters from the hotel. We do not provide ticketing services.
Do you welcome Teams or sponsors?
Certainly, our hotel is often frequented by teams, sponsors, and sports enthusiasts of the World Misano Circuit. We specialize in accommodating teams and strive to tailor our services to meet their needs. Often, at their request, we adjust the breakfast time for races or specific needs. A favorable feature for accompanying personnel is the hotel's central location and beachfront position, which allows them to enjoy the beach and relax.
Do you offer shuttle service to the airport or train station?
At the moment, we do not offer a dedicated shuttle service from the airport or train station to the hotel. However, there are convenient options available to reach us. From the airport, you can easily take a train directly to the nearest train station to our property or opt for a convenient taxi. Misano train station is located just 400 meters from the hotel, making the transfer quick and easy. We will be happy to assist you in planning your trip and provide detailed directions on how to reach us using public transportation or taxi.
Do you have rooms with accessibility for disabled guests?
We are pleased to inform you that accessibility is important to our hotel. All rooms and the breakfast room are easily accessible via two elevators, one of which is panoramic and spacious, ensuring comfortable and easy movement for all our guests. Additionally, there is a specially equipped bathroom for people with disabilities on the ground floor. In some of our rooms, we also offer spacious showers and floor-level access for greater convenience. Do you have smoking rooms?
All our rooms are equipped with fire safety systems and are designated as non-smoking rooms, in accordance with safety regulations. However, most rooms have balconies, which can be used for smoking outdoors.
Do you provide tourist information or assistance with excursion bookings?
Yes, every year we create experiences for our guests and provide all information about events on our notice board.
