A nice walk on the dunes of the seafront, a long bike ride on the cycle path that runs all along Misano, a pleasant and cooling stop in the parks (we are just 4 km from Aquafan and Imax, 3 km from Cattolica Aquarium and 45 minutes by car from Mirabilandia) and in the surrounding green areas, and the chance to go out every evening and listen to sound of waves just a few steps away: all this is possible from our 3-star hotel by the sea.
We are located in the center of the brand new Promenade of Misano, in Via Litoranea Sud n. 6, opposite the baths 41.
The southern Litoranea road is limited traffic, making the Misano Adriatico promenade safe and suitable for walks, jogging and much more.
We are literally a stone’s throw from the sand, totally protected from car traffic.
Despite being in the ZTL area, guests who reach us by car can safely access the Promenade and park in our private parking (just bring a copy of the reservation, in case of possible control).

Great location directly by the sea, helpful and kind personnel, always willing to satisfy requests, excellent cleaning, rich buffet breakfast, delicious lunches and dinners, excellent service. I went there 2 years ago and twice this year, always super satisfied! Thanks a lot

Hotel for families, new and well-equipped rooms. Skilled, professional and kind staff. Varied and delicious food, both at breakfast and at the main meals. Entertainment for children. They even provided a stroller for our baby. Recommended!

We could not choose any better, everything is at the right place, cleanliness, courtesy, good food, helpful owners and professional staff. You wake up in the morning to find a delicious breakfast with smiling and greeting staff.
